\"\ud83d\udc49\"<\/strong><\/em> Drop off is available at these selected CityLink branches; Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor, Glenmarie, Klang Valley, Prai, Penang, Skudai, Johor, and Ipoh, Perak.
\"\ud83d\udc49\" Any type of frozen food that contains pork and lard, alcoholic drinks, glass material and odd parcel packaging are prohibited<\/strong> to deliver with Celsius Express couriers.
\"\ud83d\udc49\" For each parcel, users must provide Air Waybill, packing list and invoice<\/strong> for accurate documentation upon booking for Celsius Express service.
\"\ud83d\udc49\" All parcels must be properly packed<\/strong> with an insulated box (thickness not less than 3cm) or corrugated box(thickness not less than 5mm).
\"\ud83d\udc49\" The parcel must be deep frosted or sufficient ice packs to maintain the temperature inside the box and to prevent the items from shifting during transportation.
\"\ud83d\udc49\"<\/strong><\/em>Changing the pickup address or dropping off at a PUDO station is not allowed. It is recommended to cancel and rebook with the correct address before the pickup booking cut-off time. As long as the parcel has not been picked up and scanned, it will not incur any charges.
\"\ud83d\udc49\" <\/strong><\/em>Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm \/ 5000.
