Job Description & Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who will represent us as we target Malaysia based companies, both local and multinational. The Business Development Executive will actively meet with clients to conduct direct sales.<\/p>\n
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to join an experienced and passionate team developing a truly innovative and high potential business. The Business Development Executive will market a number of package solutions, sold on an annual subscription basis and will work with the Service team to ensure proper onboarding of clients. Depending on interest and performance, the role may evolve towards managerial position with responsibility to build the sales team and leading sales growth.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- To support sales and marketing team in coordinating on related matters.<\/li>\n
- To monitor and moderate product display on the website.<\/li>\n
- To compile sales and marketing analysis reports.<\/li>\n
- To recruit new clients thru cold calls, visitation, personal selling.<\/li>\n
- To recruit new clients thru exhibitions, seminar and other methods.<\/li>\n
- To follow up with existing customers and source for new potential clients.<\/li>\n
- Able to coordinate with client’s’ requirements and inquiries.<\/li>\n
- Develop and maintain close relationships with current and new clients.<\/li>\n
- Develop relationships with potential and existing customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary\/”A” Level\/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced\/Higher\/Graduate Diploma, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.<\/li>\n
- Required skill(s): Computer Knowledge, Internet Know How.<\/li>\n
- Required language(s): English.<\/li>\n
- Preferred language(s): Chinese.<\/li>\n
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.<\/li>\n
- Ability to handle pressure, work within tight schedules and on weekends.<\/li>\n
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.<\/li>\n
- Positive working attitude as well as a good team player.<\/li>\n
- Must be computer literate.<\/li>\n
- Good communication skills.<\/li>\n
- Applicants must be willing to work in Penang.<\/li>\n
