    3. During this campaign, users who top up their credit with a 1st-tier package will earn up to 5x reward points, with a maximum of 150,000 points. For users who top up with a 2nd-tier package, they will earn up to 5% free credits from the top-up amount.<\/li>
    4. Users who perform an offline top-up (bank transfer) from EP1,000 onwards will receive an additional 1% free credits.<\/li>
    5. All EasyParcel rewards\/prizes (e.g., reward points, exclusive items, free credits) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit in kind.<\/li>
