Steps to Manage Shipments on EasyParcel Next Gen
Step 1: Log In to Your EasyParcel Next Gen Account
Go to EasyParcel official website and log in using your registered email and password.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be taken to the Dashboard, where you can view your wallet balance, recent shipments, and quick access buttons like Quote & Book, Bulk Import Orders, and Manage Shipments.
Step 2: Go to “Manage Shipments”
On the left-hand menu, click “Manage Shipments.”
This section is your control center for managing all parcel activities. Here you can:
View all bookings (Domestic, International, and On-Demand).
Check parcel statuses such as Pending, Collected, In Transit, or Delivered.
Print Air Waybills (AWB).
Reschedule pickups or cancel bookings if necessary.
Step 3: Filter Your Shipments by Type
To make it easier to find what you’re looking for, you can filter your shipments based on Delivery Type:
A. Domestic Shipments
These include all parcels delivered within Malaysia.
Track real-time delivery updates.
Download Air Waybills for reprinting.
Check estimated delivery dates and courier status.
B. International Shipments
Manage all your overseas parcels easily.
View courier tracking links for global updates.
Check customs documentation (like invoices or declarations).
Review delivery timelines and shipping charges.
C. On-Demand Shipments
Ideal for same-day or instant deliveries within your city.
View live driver status (e.g., Picked Up, En Route, Delivered).
Manage delivery times and addresses if changes are needed before dispatch.
Step 4: Print or Reprint Air Waybills (AWB)
If you’ve misplaced your AWB or need to reprint it, you can do so easily:
Select the shipment you want.
Click “Print AWB.”
Choose to print individually or multiple AWBs at once.
Make sure the printed label is clear and securely attached to your parcel before pickup or drop-off.
Step 5: Edit or Cancel Shipments (Before Pickup)
If you’ve made a mistake in the address or want to cancel an order:
Go to “Manage Shipments.”
Click on the specific parcel you want to modify.
Select “Edit” to update shipment details (e.g., phone number or address).
To cancel, click “Cancel Booking.”
⚠️ Note: You can only edit or cancel before the parcel is picked up or dropped off.
Step 6: Track Your Shipments in Real Time
Easily track all your shipments directly from the Manage Shipments page.
Click on the Tracking ID or Courier Logo to view real-time updates.
For International or On-Demand deliveries, you can see live tracking including pickup confirmation, transit, and delivery proof.
You can also share tracking links with your customers for transparency.

Step 7: Export Shipment Data
