We have a brand new Customer Help & Support page to assist you all better! To get to this page, press the “contact us” at the bottom of the page as shown in the picture below.

After that just select the questions you have and we will have them answered!

For example if you want to cancel any of your order you can just select the “My Collection” tab and request for cancellation as shown below.
