COD charges will be based on the fixed rate or percentage fee set by the courier, and will be deducted directly from the COD amount set by you. For example, if you book Pgeon Prime to ship your parcel at the COD amount of RM100:-

Pgeon Prime COD charges of RM6 or 3.8%, whichever is higher:
RM100 x 3.8% = RM3.80

As RM6 is the higher COD charges, this amount will be deducted directly from RM100 when you request to withdraw your COD amount from the ‘COD Settlement‘ page.

The COD collection charges and shipping fee are two separate and distinct fees. The payment of these fees can be borne by either the seller or receiver. While COD charges is deducted from the COD amount collected by your courier, the shipping fee is deducted from the seller’s EasyParcel credit on their account.

Scenario 1: Seller A bears both COD charges and shipping fee.
COD charges: Under COD amount, only the product amount is keyed in and the courier shall only receive the product amount from the receiver.
Shipping fee: Is deducted from the seller’s EasyParcel credit.

Scenario 2: Seller B bears the shipping fee only.
COD charges: The receiver bears the COD charges. Under COD amount, both the product amount and COD charges are keyed in by the seller for the courier to collect.
Shipping fee: Is deducted from the seller’s EasyParcel credit.

Scenario 3: Seller C bears the COD charges only.
COD charges: Under COD amount, both the product amount and shipping fee are keyed in by the seller for the courier to collect.
Shipping fee: Is deducted from the seller’s EasyParcel credit, but the receiver bears the shipping fee.

Scenario 4: Seller D wants the receiver to bear both the COD charges and shipping fee.
