- The April Mega Boost campaign (“Campaign”) is open to all EasyParcel Malaysia users and is valid from 6 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, unless stated otherwise.
- Customers who successfully top up EasyParcel credits during the Campaign period are eligible to receive free credit up to RM10,000 and access to the Tracking WhatsApp feature (NextGen only), subject to EasyParcel’s campaign mechanics and qualifying top-up tiers.
- Free credit earned during the Campaign will be automatically credited into the eligible customer’s EasyParcel account upon successful payment verification. The amount of free credit awarded will vary בהתאם on the applicable campaign tier and qualifying top-up value.
- The Tracking WhatsApp feature is exclusively available on EasyParcel NextGen and will be accessible to eligible users based on the campaign entitlement. EasyParcel reserves the right to determine feature availability, eligibility, and usage limitations.
- All free credit awarded under this Campaign is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other benefits. Free credit usage is subject to EasyParcel’s standard terms of use and validity period.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Any participant found to have engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, duplicated, refunded, disputed transactions, or any activity that violates EasyParcel’s policies may be disqualified at EasyParcel’s sole discretion. All decisions made by EasyParcel regarding eligibility and entitlement shall be final and binding.
