will be added/delivered within two – four (2 – 4) weeks after 31st October 2024, to those who successfully make a new top-up (of special deal packages).

- The Deepavali Mystery Jackpot campaign is open from 1st October to 31st October 2024 for all EasyParcel Malaysia members starting from EP28 & above tiers only.
- Users who make a new top-up of special deal packages within 1st to 31st October will receive the jackpots randomly.
- Users who are eligible to receive digital jackpots, such as free credit, free coupon or EasyParcel Reward points will have them added to their accounts within 14 days after the campaign has ended.
- Users who are eligible to receive free credit up to 2% will receive the amount of free credit, depending on the Special Deal packages.
- Users who are eligible to receive physical gifts will receive the prizes at their profile address within 2 to 4 weeks after the campaign ends.
- It is the winners’ responsibility to update their profile address to ensure the gifts will be delivered safely.
