Hello all!
Many of you guys have been asking on how to drop off your parcel instead of waiting for pick up by courier. So there you go! You can now drop off your parcel at any Skynet branch! Just follow the simple steps below and you’re good to go!
STEP 1: Quote in the delivery details and click “Quote & Book”.
STEP 2: Select Skynet, your collection date and click “Book Now”.
STEP 3: Tick ‘ yes, i want to drop-off my parcel’ and select your preferred Skynet drop off branch from the drop down list.
STEP 4: Fill in the delivery details as usual, check the box and click “Next”.
STEP 5: Confirm your order and proceed to payment by clicking “CheckOut”.
Kindly proceed to drop off as soon as possible once your payment’s done. Currently this is only available for Skynet parcel and for those who are using other courier, you will still need to email your tracking no and drop off location as usual to [email protected] before drop off. Our support team will then assist in updating your parcel status.
Ps: Don’t forget to let the person in charge to sign on sender copy as a proof of collection upon drop off.
