Users should note the following when using FedEx International courier services:-
👉 Pick up are available for all states in Malaysia from Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm.
👉 Book before 2:50pm for same day pick up.
👉 Parcels booked after 2:50 pm will be picked up the following working day from 11am to 5pm.
👉 For East Malaysia, an additional two (2) working days will be needed.
👉 Minimum parcel requirement for pick up is one (1) parcel.
👉 Two (2) copies of invoices and two (2) copies of AWBs will have to be provided upon collection: – one copy of the invoice and AWB will have to be attached onto the parcel, while the other copy will have to be passed to the collector.
👉 Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
👉 VW formula =(height x width x length)cm /5000
👉 All rates quoted are net rates inclusive of shipping fee and do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties or shipment return charges.
👉 Drop off is not available for UPS service.
