Users should note the following when using Flash Express Paperless (Drop Off) courier services:-
Drop off is available at any Flash Express courier branches. It is advisable for customers to call the preferred branches to check on the availability. This is a paperless delivery thus, users need to write the tracking numbers on the boxes before proceeding to Flash drop off points. Users need to present the generated soft copy of the Airway Bill (AWB) on your devices to the Drop-off point personnel, where they will scan the QR code / bar code on the AWB and assist in printing the AWB and attaching it to the parcel. Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas. Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 6000. All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier such as reroute charges et cetera.
