2. What are the types of shipping insurance coverage?

We offer 3 types of shipping insurance coverage, which are Basic Insurance, InsurePlus and EasyCover.

3. Do I have to pay in advance for insurance coverage?

Both basic insurance and EasyParcel InsurePlus will be automatically applied to parcels for free.To claim up to RM10,000, kindly select EasyCover when booking for a shipment.

4. How do I file an insurance claim for a lost parcel?

Head over to your dashboard and click on ‘All Parcels’ in the left menu. Select ‘Parcel Status’, locate your parcel tracking number and click on the 3-line-icon on the far right. Select ‘Report’ and proceed with the details.
