Users should note the following when using J&T Express courier services:-
👉 With a minimum of 3 parcels, users can have their parcel picked up for free between 1pm-6pm.
👉 Book before 1:50pm for same day pick up.
👉 Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
👉 All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
👉 Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.
👉 VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 6000
👉 Drop-off service is available at J&T Express branches.
How To Book For J&T Express?
Step 1: Key in pickup and delivery postcodes together with the weight of your parcel, then click “Quote & Book”.
Step 2: Click “Book” to select J&T Express as your delivery service provider.
Step 3: Key in sender’s details.
Step 4: Key in receiver’s details.
Step 5: Key in parcel details, and select a pick up date at your convenience.
Step 6: Add on any optional features to complement your delivery process. Then, click “Add To Cart”.
Step 7: Click “Check Out” to proceed to the payment page, and you’re done with your booking.
