Users should note the following when using Lazada Express (LEX) courier services:-
No minimum parcel quantity is required for pick up and pickup time is from 10am – 6pm. You may book before 1.50pm for same day pick up. Drop-off is available at Lazada Express location provided during booking. Please be advised that if a parcel fails to deliver; the parcel will be determined to the sender with return shipping costs incurred. Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas. Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 6000. All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier such as reroute charges et cetera.
