Following the National Recovery Plan (NRP) and Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) enforcement for Malaysia, many of you may be concerned about what lies ahead. We hope this blog will provide some much-needed updates on all the courier services on our platform to you.

Operation Status For Couriers During This NRP & EMCO Period
Pick up and deliveries will remain as usual but kindly expect some delays in delivery during this NRP and EMCO period.
Operation Hours Are Back To Normal From 22nd July 2021 Onwards
- Monday – Friday (Sunday – Thursday in Johor, Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu)
Peninsular Malaysia from 8.30am until 3pm
East Malaysia from 8am until 3pm - Saturday – Sunday (Friday – Saturday in Johor, Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu)

Closure of Several Branches For Sanitisation
Operations at the following areas have been affected due to local branches being closed for sanitisation processes. Do note that these branches will remain closed for an indefinite period of time until sanitisation of the branch has completed.
- Gelang Patah: Pick up and delivery unavailable until further notice.
- Cheras: Pick up and delivery unavailable from 13th until 24th May 2021.
- UTM – Skudai | Alor Setar | Teluk Intan: Pick up and delivery services will be unavailable until further notice.

- Reducing outings by choosing pick up service or avoid crowded courier branches by choosing drop off to Pgeon points.
- Employing contactless pick up/ delivery methods, such as place your parcels in front the house for delivery heroes to perform pick up/drop-off.
- Keeping a safe social distance (at least 1 meter) with the delivery heroes.
- Open your parcels outside the house and disinfecting the items before bring them inside.
Kindly ensure the address booked is available for pick up/delivery. Facemask is prohibited for international delivery for all couriers at the moment.
Kindly expect some delays in pick up and delivery due to the restricted operation hour and the spike in parcel volume during this pandemic period.
