Users should note the following when using KEX Express courier services:-
👉 Pick up time is from 2.30pm – 5pm.
👉 Book before 2.50pm for same day pick up.
👉 Drop off is available any KEX Express courier branches.
👉 Minimum parcel requirement for pick up is three (3) parcels.
👉 Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
👉 Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.
👉 VW formula = (height x width x length) cm / 6000
👉 All rates quoted are net rates inclusive of shipping fee and do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties or shipment return charges.
