Users should note the following when using Skynet courier services:-
👉 Pick up time is from 1pm – 6pm.
👉 Book before 12pm for same-day pick up.
👉 Drop off is available any Skynet courier branches.
👉 Minimum parcel requirement for pick up is four (4) parcels.
👉 Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
👉 Please attach KKM approval letter along with your AWB & commercial invoice if you’re sending medical/supplement products; otherwise, the shipment will be returned with penalty charges.
👉 For shipment to/from East Malaysia, please do not seal your parcel before pick up as the courier might check on the content to ensure it’s safe to be delivered to the receiving state.
👉 Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.
👉 VW formula = (height x width x length) cm / 5000
👉 All rates quoted are net rates inclusive of shipping fees and do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties or shipment return charges.
👉 Additional RM150 will be charged for large shipment deliveries such as mattress, fridge, sofa, washing machine and many more. Please contact us here if you’re unsure on this.
