Here’s some general info about it:
- Pick Up Point: Available within KL, Selangor, Ipoh and Penang (subject to postcode availability)
- Pick Up Time & Day: For orders made before 12pm, parcel will be collected on the same day from 9am to 5.30pm.
- Maximum Weight : 30kg
- Maximum Dimension : 100cm x 50cm x 50cm
- Maximum basic insurance: USD100 per tracking number @ declared value whichever lower.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges except customs duty and taxes.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula = (height x width x length)cm / 5000
- Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 1 day upon successful delivery
How to Book Your International Parcel With Aramex?
STEP 1: Click on “International”.
You will need to register your credit card before you are able to ship your parcel internationally.
STEP 2: Fill in the collection, delivery postcode and weight of the parcel and click on “Quote & Book”.
STEP 3: Choose your collection date and click “Book Now”.
STEP 4: Fill in the details.
STEP 5: Check the box and click “Next”.
