The Art of Pack, Seal and Label

4 Basic Packing Principles

Principle 1: Leave No Empty Space

Principle 2: 6 cm Distance (From any external walls and corners)

Principle 3: Wrap Items Individually and Use Divider (To avoid damage)
Note: Always wrap and tape or sharp edges or protrusions.

Principle 4: Do not strap multiple boxes together (No compensation will be given)

                         Fragile Items

  Step 1

Choose a strong box
High quality, Single or double-wall

Use two boxes
A sturdy outer box and a secure inner box (like the manufacturer’s packaging or a single-box setup).

  Step 2

Wrap it up
Use bubble wrap, plastic bags, or containers for extra protection.

Size it right
The outer box should be at least 14cm larger in length, width, and depth than the inner box.

  Step 3

Separate multiple items
Wrap each one individually to avoid collisions.

  Step 4

Center placement
Place your ‘VIP’ at least 6cm of space with the box walls.

  Step 5

Fill the gaps
Use bubble wrap, foam peanuts, or airbags to prevent movement.

Seal it tight, label it properly, and ship with confidence!🚀📦

Don’t forget to measure your parcel weighs again after it’s fully packaged to avoid extra charges if it is heavier and bigger than stated on your booking.

H-Taping Method

Step 1: Choose suitable tape.

Step 2: 1 strip of tape along the center seam.

Step 3: 2 strips of tape across both edges of your parcel.
Note: Apply multiple times for heavier shipments.

        A6 Thermal Sticker

   Step 1

Attach the sticker air waybill on top of the box.

  Step 2

What if you lose your air waybill?🤷 Use a bold ink marker pen to write the delivery and pickup information on the box.

  Step 3

Do not apply tape over the air waybill to avoid scanning issues.

  Step 4

Remove all outdated address labels on the outer box if any.
