How to Send a Parcel from Peninsular to Sarawak in 2025

Here are the documents that might needed for your parcel shipment:

K3 Form (Customs Declaration Form) – Required for any parcel postage to Sabah and Sarawak especially from Peninsular Malaysia and also controlled goods.

Invoices or Receipts – As supporting documents for K3 Form and Approval Application from Royal Malaysian Customs.

Consignment Note or Air Waybill – As custom references when they check the parcels.

Approval Letter from Royal Malaysian Customs – Required for restricted items like tobacco, medication, plants and animals.

IC/Passport Copy – Required for international parcels and high value parcels.

Once you have finished preparing your parcel and documents, let’s start your shipping! You have to login to your EasyParcel account. If you are new to EasyParcel, you can sign up here.

After you login or sign up to your account, go to Dashboard and click “Send Parcel” then click “Domestic Shipping”. You will be directed to the booking page.

Fill in the postcodes for where you ship your parcel from and its destination and also your parcel weight. After you fill in all the information needed, click “Quote & Book”.

Note: If you are not sure about your parcel weight, you can use the volumetric calculator provided to count your parcel weight.

Choose your ideal courier service from the option list we provided to you based on your needs. You can compare their performance rates and shipping rates to help you to make your decision.

After you have selected your courier service, click “Book Now” and read its service agreement terms then click “Agree & Book Now”.

Fill in all the sender details, receiver details, parcel details and decide whether you want to add on other features that are offered by EasyParcel or not. When you finish filling in all the details needed, click “Checkout Now”.

Final review your order details and correct it if needed, after confirming all your order details, click either “Top up & proceed” or “Proceed with instant pay”.
