The free credit will be added automatically after a successful top-up, based on the packages that you choose.

- The Raya Parcel Kaw Kaw campaign (“Campaign”) is open to all EasyParcel Malaysia users and is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, unless stated otherwise.
- Customers who successfully top up EasyParcel credits during the Campaign period are eligible to receive free credit up to RM8,888 and Limited Edition EasyParcel Raya Packets, subject to EasyParcel’s campaign mechanics and qualifying top-up tiers.
- Free credit earned during the Campaign will be credited automatically into the eligible customer’s EasyParcel account after successful payment verification. The amount of free credit awarded is based on the applicable campaign tier and qualifying top-up value.
- Limited Edition EasyParcel Raya Packets will be delivered to eligible customers’ registered addresses within 1–2 weeks after successful top-up, while stocks last. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their mailing address details in their EasyParcel account are accurate and up to date. EasyParcel shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
- Free credit and Raya Packets are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. EasyParcel may, at its sole discretion, refuse, suspend, or disqualify any participant whose account or transaction is deemed suspicious, fraudulent, duplicated, refunded, disputed, or otherwise in violation of EasyParcel’s policies. All decisions made by EasyParcel regarding eligibility and entitlement are final and binding.
- EasyParcel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Participation in this Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including without limitation EasyParcel’s Privacy Notice and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).
- EasyParcel reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. EasyParcel’s decision in all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all participants.
- This Campaign and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
