How To Make An Instalment Top Up 💡

Head on to EasyParcel top up page, click “Get It Now” on the RM388 package.

On the payment pop up, click instalment then select Atome as the payment method.

Fill in your info and click “Continue Payment”.

Scan the QR code, login to your Atome account and perform the 1st payment.

Frequently Asked Questions 💭
Atome & ShopBack PayLater
In order to top up via instalment on EasyParcel by using Atome & ShopBack PayLater, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Malaysian Identity Card (IC)
- Have a valid and verifiable email address
- Have a valid and verifiable mobile number issued with a Malaysia prefix (+60) registered under your name
- Be an authorized holder of an eligible debit/credit card that will be used to pay for your purchases
Grab PayLater
In order to top up via instalment on EasyParcel by using Grab PayLater, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Be an existing Grab users who are in Platinum, Gold or Silver GrabRewards tier
- Performed at least 3 Grab transactions in the recent months by using either cash, credit or debit card
- Have the Grab PayLater offering from Grab and activate it on your Grab app
If you’re eligible for PayLater, you’ll be able to see PayLater under the Finance > Financial services tab on your Grab app. 📱 Simply activate it to enjoy the flexible payment!
If you didn’t see the PayLater option on your Grab app, unfortunately this feature is not available for you at the moment. 🙇🏻♀️ All approvals are subject to Grab’s internal review.

Atome & ShopBack PayLater
Atome & ShopBack PayLater will automatically split your bill 📜 into 3 monthly payments equally. The 1st payment will need to be made upon checkout, while the 2nd and 3rd payment will be auto-deduct on the upcoming 2 months.
The 3 months payment schedule 📅 will be displayed on Atome & ShopBack app upon checkout.
Grab PayLater
There are two Grab PayLater options available:
- PayLater Instalments
Grab will automatically split your bill 📜 into 4 monthly payments equally. The 1st payment will need to be made upon checkout, while the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th payment will be auto-deduct on the upcoming 3 months. - PayLater Postpaid
No payment will need to be made on the point of purchase. Complete your purchase today and pay the full amount on next month.
The upcoming payment schedule 📅 will be displayed on the Grab app after checkout.
Fret not as there’s no additional fees or interest ❌ by using this instalment payment option, provided that the payment is made on time. ⏰
Atome & ShopBack PayLater
Payment will be deducted automatically from the card that you’ve added to your Atome/ShopBack account.
Grab PayLater
Payment will be deducted automatically from your GrabPay Wallet. If your GrabPay Wallet balance is insufficient, Grab will top up your GrabPay Wallet from the card that you’ve added to your Grab account.
⚠ Kindly ensure the card 💳 that you’ve added to your Atome/ShopBack/Grab account is valid and has sufficient value for the auto-deduction to perform successfully on the scheduled payment date.
Once you’ve completed the 1st payment via Atome/ShopBack PayLater/Grab PayLater Instalments or even when you opt for Grab PayLater Postpaid without making any upfront payment upon checkout, you will be getting RM300 EasyParcel credit 💰 together with all of the RM388 EasyParcel package benefits stated above to kickstart your delivery booking! 🚛💻
Atome
The general credit limit will be determined by the primary payment card 💳 that you have added to your Atome account.

For example, if you have added ➕ 1 credit card and 1 debit card to your Atome account, with the debit card as primary card, then your credit limit will be RM 1,500.
**Atome users may have varying credit limit based on the repayment behavior.
ShopBack PayLater
The general credit limit for new ShopBack users upon sign up is RM1,600, regardless of the types of card that you have added to your ShopBack account.
The credit limit will be adjusted from time to time based on user profile and repayment behavior, thus users will have varying credit limit.

Grab PayLater
For users who are eligible for Grab PayLater, you will be assigned with a unique PayLater amount by Grab based on your 💁🏻♀️📋 user profile and payment practices, which will be adjusted from time to time.
You can check your credit limit under: Finance > Pay Later on your Grab app. 📱

For example, the PayLater amount that you have been granted with was RM2,000 for Instalment and RM400 for Postpaid. Your Available amount will reflect as RM2,000 – as it is the higher amount among Instalment and Postpaid.
If you spend RM500 by using Instalment, the remaining amount left will be:
Available amount: RM1,500
Postpaid amount: RM400
Instalment amount: RM1,500
If the auto-deduction fails on the payment due date, Atome/ShopBack/Grab will freeze your account 🔒 and you will be unable to perform any new purchase.
To reactivate your account 🔑, you will be required to pay all outstanding amount due on your account, plus an admin/late payment fee for each deferred payment. The admin/late payment fee imposed by each platform are:

Terms & Conditions 📜
- RM388 EasyParcel package is open to all EasyParcel Malaysia users, starting from 6th September 2022 onwards.
- The promo rates above are applicable for new top up of EP20 or above from 12th April 2022 onwards until further notice.
- Users who top up the RM388 EasyParcel package will be entitled to all of the package benefits stated above, no maximum number of redemptions per user regulated. E.g. if you top up RM388 EasyParcel package twice, then you will be entitled to one (1) packaging bundle.
- Effective 31st October 2023 onwards, the packaging bundle item, EasyParcel flyers size XL is no longer available.
- Effective 31st October 2023, free packaging under the RM388 EasyParcel package is a size L EasyParcel Flyers which has been increased to 100 pieces.
- Effective 11th April 2023, 50 pieces of Fragile Stickers are no longer included in the packaging bundle.
- The packaging materials will be dispatched within 7 – 14 working days upon request. Users are required to keep his/her profile address updated for a smooth delivery process.
- Delivery duration of the packaging bundle shall be extended accordingly should major unforeseeable operational disruptions occur owing to a shortage of supply, workers, traffic disruptions and cases of force majeure at EasyParcel or our suppliers.
- EasyParcel only delivers the packaging bundle within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
- All of the benefits that come along with the RM388 EasyParcel package are non-exchangeable for cash or EasyParcel credit.
- Users will need to meet the requirements stipulated by Atome/ShopBack PayLater/Grab PayLater in order to top up the RM388 EasyParcel package via instalment.
- Atome RM15 OFF voucher is applicable for new Atome users who perform the first purchase via Atome app. Once per account only.
- In order to enjoy the RM15 OFF, users will need to download the Atome app and apply the voucher on checkout page before proceed to the payment.
- Atome RM15 OFF voucher is valid to use until 31st December 2022.
- For Grab PayLater, the GrabRewards Points that the user will be entitled is varied depending on the user’s Grab membership tier.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
- EasyParcel reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify any of these Terms and Conditions or information provided above from time to time without prior notice.
