Q: I’ve integrated my EasyStore account with EasyParcel and received my free RM25 credit after making my first domestic delivery. Am I still eligible to receive the free RM25 credit for making my first international delivery?
A: Unfortunately, only new integration from XX November 2022 onwards will be able to receive the free RM25 credit for making their first international shipment.
Only new integrations made by EasyStore users with their EasyParcel account from XX November 2022 are eligible to receive a total of RM50 EasyParcel credit after making their first domestic and first international delivery.
Q: When will I receive my free credit?
A: Your free RM25 credit will be credited into you account automatically within 1-3 working days after a successful domestic or international order is made.
- A total of RM50 EasyParcel credit is valid for new EasyStore integration with EasyParcel from XX November 2022 onwards.
- The total of RM50 EasyParcel credit is applicable after the user that makes their first successful domestic delivery and their first successful international delivery on EasyParcel.
- First successful domestic delivery made will receive only RM25 EasyParcel credit for free.
- First successful international delivery made will receive only RM25 EasyParcel credit for free.
- EasyStore users that have integrated with EasyParcel prior to XX November 2022 and received the free RM25 EasyParcel credit from making a domestic delivery are not eligible to receive another RM25 EasyParcel credit for making their first international delivery.
- Users can have their parcel delivered by any couriers available on EasyParcel that deliver domestically and internationally.
- RM25 EasyParcel credit will be credited into users accounts directly within 1-3 working days.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend, extend or suspend the promotion.
- EasyParcel reserves the right at its absolute discretion to modify any of these Terms and Conditions or information provided above from time to time without prior notice.
