Steps to Send Parcels on EasyParcel Next Gen

Step 1: Log In to EasyParcel Next Gen

Before you can start sending parcels, you’ll need to access the Next Gen platform, which comes with a refreshed interface, faster loading speed, and improved navigation. It’s designed to make your booking experience more efficient than ever.

  • Visit EasyParcel offical website 

  • Enter your email and password to log in.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Dashboard, where you can view your wallet balance, shipment summary, and quick-access features.

Step 2: Go to “Quote & Book”

The Quote & Book feature is the heart of EasyParcel Next Gen. It allows you to quickly compare courier prices, delivery times, and service options — all in one place. Whether you’re sending a single parcel or managing multiple shipments, this feature helps you find the best delivery option instantly.

  • From the left-hand menu, click on Quote & Book.

  • This tool allows you to compare courier prices, view delivery options, and book shipments instantly.

Step 3: Enter Shipment Details

The Quote & Book page offers three delivery typesDomestic, International, and On-Demand. Choose the one that suits your needs.

A. Domestic Delivery
  1. Select the Domestic tab.

  2. Enter your Pickup Postcode and Delivery Postcode.

  3. Fill in your parcel’s weight and dimensions.

  4. Click “Quote.”

You’ll see available courier options such as Pos Laju, Pgeon, J&T, DHL, and more.

Compare rates, estimated delivery times, and pickup/drop-off options.

Once decided, click “Book Now.”

  1. Select the International tab.

  2. Enter your Pickup Postcode (Malaysia) and choose a Destination Country.

  3. Provide parcel weight, size, and description of your item.

  4. Click “Quote.”

You’ll see options from couriers like DHL Express, Aramex, FedEx, and others.

Choose your preferred courier and click “Book Now.”

  1. Choose the On-Demand tab.

  2. Enter your Pickup and Drop-off addresses within the same city.

  3. Select your preferred vehicle type (motorbike, car, or van).

  4. Click “Quote” to compare delivery options.

  5. Select the best option and click “Book Now.”

Step 4: Fill in Sender & Receiver Details

After choosing your courier, you’ll need to provide accurate sender and receiver information. This step ensures your parcel is collected and delivered to the correct location without delays.

  • Enter Sender Name, Address, and Contact Number.

  • Enter Receiver Name, Address, and Contact Number.

  • Double-check details to ensure smooth delivery.

Step 5: Make Payment

Once all the shipping details are confirmed, you’re ready to complete your booking. EasyParcel Next Gen offers several convenient payment options, making checkout fast and hassle-free.

  • Review your booking summary and delivery details.

  • Choose a payment method:

    • EasyParcel Wallet (recommended)

    • Online Banking

    • Credit/Debit Card

  • Once payment is successful, your booking will be confirmed immediately.

Step 6: Print Your Air Waybill (AWB)

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll need to print your Air Waybill (AWB) — a crucial document that acts as your parcel’s shipping label and tracking identifier.

  1. Go to “Manage Shipments” on your dashboard.

  2. Click on your order and select “Print Air Waybill.”

  3. Attach the printed label securely to your parcel.

After your parcel has been collected, you can monitor its journey right from your dashboard. EasyParcel Next Gen provides real-time tracking updates for every order type — Domestic, International, and On-Demand.

Once your parcel is shipped, head to “Manage Shipments” to track it in real time.

You’ll see live updates on delivery status for all Domestic, International, and On-Demand orders.
