Steps to Shop/Redeem Points on EasyParcel Next Gen
Step 1: Log In to Your EasyParcel Next Gen Account
Here’s what your Dashboard looks like — notice where your points balance is displayed at the top-left corner of the screen.
Start by visiting EasyParcel official website and logging in with your registered email and password.
Once you’re in, head to your Dashboard — you’ll see your current EasyParcel Points balance displayed near your account information.
💡 Tip: The more parcels you send, the more points you earn. So keep shipping to build up your rewards!
Step 2: Go to “Shop & Reward”
This is the main Shop & Reward interface — you’ll see different reward categories and available items to redeem with your points.
On the left-hand menu, click “Shop & Reward.”
This is your dedicated EasyParcel Rewards Store, where you can browse all available items — from vouchers, gadgets, lifestyle products, to shipping discounts and EasyParcel merchandise.
Step 3: Browse and Select Your Reward
Here’s an example of the rewards list — you can see the points needed for each item and their stock status.
Scroll through the available rewards or use the search bar and filter options to find specific items.
Each reward will display:
The item image and description
The required number of EasyParcel Points
Availability status (In Stock / Out of Stock)
Click on the reward item you’d like to redeem for more details.
Step 4: Check Your Points Balance
This image shows where to find your current point balance before you redeem any rewards.
Before redeeming, ensure you have enough points for your selected item.
If you don’t have enough points, you can continue earning by:

Step 5: Redeem Your Reward
Once you’ve chosen your desired item and confirmed you have enough points:
Click “Checkout Now.”
Review the redemption details (item, delivery address, and points required).
Click “Redeem Now.”
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your redemption is successful.
Step 6: Track Your Redemption Status
Here’s how the “Order History” page looks — it lists all your past and current redemptions with their status.
Go to “My Rewards” under your profile to view your redemption history and status.
You’ll see information such as:
Date/Time
Order Number
Tracking Number
Order Status

How to Ship Items with EasyParcel
- Place the items in the small box.
- Wrap with bubble wrap so it doesn’t get scratched.
- If it’s a branded item, keep the original box inside.
- Seal the package with strong tape and fragile adhesive.
Check the weight with a scale- Measure the length, width and height
- Log in to your EasyParcel account.
- Enter the pickup and delivery address.
- Enter the weight and size of the package.
- Choose your courier service (J&T, DHL, Pos Laju).
- Add insurance if the item is expensive.
