📢 Effective from 4th August 2022 onwards, Tracking SMS and Tracking Email for EP2000 and above have been updated to a new promotional rate. Find out more here.
📢 Users who make a new top up of EP2000 or above before 4th August 2022 will remain unchanged and are still be able to enjoy free Tracking SMS and Tracking Email until its duration ends, followed as per user account top up effective date.
📣 New top up of EP2000 – EP50,000 users will be eligible for the lowest Tracking SMS rate and free Tracking Email until its duration ends. Here’s how it works:
Scenario 1 👉 Customer A top up EP2000, he/she will be entitled to 1 month of RM0.15 per Tracking SMS & 1 month free Tracking Email. The new rate of RM0.15 will take effect from top up date until the end of its 1 month duration. After 1 month, the Tracking SMS rate will return to the normal price of RM0.20 & Tracking Email at RM0.05.
Scenario 2 👇
– Customer B top up EP5000, he/she will be entitled to 3 months of RM0.15 per Tracking SMS & 3 months free Tracking Email.
– After the first month, Customer B proceeds to top up EP10,000 for 3 months of RM0.10 per Tracking SMS & 3 months free Tracking Email.
– The new rate of RM0.10 will take effect and be reflected on customer B’s account until the end of its 3-month duration.
– After 3 months, Tracking SMS rate will return to the normal price of RM0.20 & Tracking Email at RM0.05.

Single Parcel
✅ Enable the Tracking SMS/ Email feature with a single click on the booking page.
Bulk Parcel
✅ Select “Yes” from the Tracking SMS drop-down list in the bulk parcel template and import your order as usual.

- Users who make a new top up of EP2000 or above before 4th August 2022 will remain unchanged and are still be able to enjoy free Tracking SMS and Tracking Email until its duration ends.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign.
