On September 28th, EasyParcel kicked off the grand opening of its new office located in Suntech, Penang with its employees, partners, families, customers and VIP in attendance. More than 70 guests attended the opening to share the happiness.
First established in June 2014, EasyParcel was once under the Exabytes Group. With the rapid expenditure of the team, EasyParcel finally opens up its own individual office this year. Today, EasyParcel have doubled up for the 3rd time to support the team’s continuing impressive growth over the 3 years. It’s truly a tremendous growth for EasyParcel to have turned into more than 60 employees today, when back then was only a group made up of 5.
As EasyParcel continues to expand and develop its business, they’re investing in the working environment that enables all employees to continue to grow and always be the best choice for clients around the world, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. And it really looks like EasyParcel has levelled up comparing to other startups in Penang.
EasyParcel now occupies two storey working place, 6,000 square feet in total. This unique new office features a pantry full of guilt-free drinks, snacks and good coffee, not to mention having the coolest slide ever in the office, a common area that caters more than 20 to 30 pax at the same time, a very cozy standing bar, 6 discussion rooms totalling up to 80 workstations in a space with distinctive architecture and progressive design elements. EasyParcel is more than a hard worker, where their culture embodies a series of values that promote trust and love.
At EasyParcel, the cluster concept is adopted for the employees’ workspace, to maximise a collaborative and interactive working environment. Sticking to your seat is no longer a norm. In EasyParcel, everyone can feel free to work from any corner in the workplace. With clear views and lots of natural light pouring in from the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the standing desks, EasyParcel has thought of everything, even some well-deserved eye rest for employees with it’s top view great scenery.
