Shipping Rate	From SGD6.35 (find out more) *The shipping rate is based upon multiple factors such as traffic situation, order volume, availability of the drivers, applicable tolls, surcharge and so on.
Pick Up & Pick Up Time	Pick up service is available for 24 hours. Parcel will be picked up within an estimated duration of 20 minutes.
Delivery Duration	Immediately upon collection. The parcel will be delivered within an estimated duration of 55 minutes.
Maximum Weight & Dimension	10kg Either one dimension shall not exceed 483846cm.
Maximum Pick Up Quantity	1
Online Tracking	Yes
Insurance	All parcels come with basic compensation coverage up to SGD500, subjected to circumstances.

Users should note the following when using pandago courier services:

👉 Coverage pick-up area: Pick-up is available nationwide.

👉 Coverage delivery area: Delivery is available nationwide.

👉 Paperless delivery, no AWB needed: All the sender needs to do is to write down the receivers’ details such as name, contact and parcel content on the parcel.

👉 Changes of pick-up location are not allowed once the order is made.

👉 The delivery service will be cancelled by the rider if the recipient is not available to receive the parcel within 5 to 10 minutes. EasyParcel and pandago will not be held responsible for compensation.

👉 In situations where the parcel failed to be delivered to the recipient, the parcel will not be returned to the sender. 👉 Only one shipment per location.

👉 No minimum parcel quantity is required for pick up.

How to Book pandago?

Step 1: Go to “Send Parcel” drop-down and click on “On-Demand Delivery”. Enter your pick-up location, drop-off location, and choose a delivery time frame for your parcel pick up. Then, click ‘Get a Quote’.

Note: Only one shipment per location.

Step 2: You can choose pandago as your courier for your delivery, then click on “Select”.

Step 3: Fill in the pick-up and drop off details, choose any of the ‘Add-on options to this parcel’ then click on “Pay Now” to proceed with payment.

Step 4: Click ‘Pay Now’ and a pop-up will show your payment is fully paid with the final price for the shipment. Click “Continue” to proceed with the On-Demand delivery.
