3 simple ways to cancel your collection
Manual Cancellation
The simplest way to cancel the order you no longer needed. You can cancel the order manually by using EasyParcel website after logging in into your account. By using this manual way, the status of parcel will be updated automatically on your dashboard. It prevents the possibility of missed reply from our supporting team, which may caused no refund from the courier company.
Live Chat
Don’t like to cancel the order manually? Don’t worry, just drop a line to our support team via Live Chat, which is open from Monday to Friday 10am- 6pm (exclude public holiday) and they will solve the problem for you by notifying the courier not to come and pick up your parcel.
For orders which are purchased with extra insurance or instant pay, you can contact us at here. The process might take a little longer as our support team need more time to cancel your insurance/payment with the third parties.
CHECK OUT THE SIMPLE STEP BELOW ON THE CALLELATION OF ORDERS
Step 1: Click on “All Parcels” and choose “Parcel Status”
Step 2: Choose the order you want to cancel.
Step 3: Click on the “Cancel Parcel”
Step 4: Choose your reason and click “OK” to confirm
Step 5: Click “OK” to confirm the request for cancellation.

Step 2: Key in the information and send chat to our support team
In case we haven’t get back to you before the rider arrive to make the collection, please do not hand over the parcel as you will then have to pay for the service. You can refuse the collection by informing the parcel collector politely so our support team can still issue a refund for you.
