These are the general service info of Aramex International-

- Same-day pickup : For orders made before 2.45pm. Parcel will be collected today from 9am to 5.00pm.
- Delivery time frame: Varies depending on destination country also and subjected to customs clearance speed. (For delivery to rural areas, there will be a delay of 1 day from normal service lead time.)
- Additional charges for collection from Changi Airport Cargo (FTZ), Sentosa, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA (Restricted), Shipyard, MINDEF, Army Camps, Ministry, DSTA or Embassy.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses
- All rates quoted are net rate inclusive of all surcharges except customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum coverage of SGD120, value declared during booking, or value stated on the invoice; whichever lowest in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and greatest dimension should not exceed 100cm on one side.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
- Claims for damaged shipment or shortages should be provided by consignee 3 working days upon successful delivery.
How to book with Aramex International?
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Choose country, fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose Aramex International and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose pick up date at your convenience and then “Add To Cart”.
Step 8: Confirm your shipment details then proceed with a click on “Check Out”.
Step 9: All you need to do now is just click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking.
