- Same day pick up: For orders made before 4.00pm. Parcel will be collected today from 8.30am to 6pm for office area and 8.30am to 9pm for residential area.
- Next day pick up: Parcels will be collected on next working day from 8.30am to 6pm for office area and 8.30am to 9pm for residential area.
- Delivery time frame: Varies depending on destination country also and subjected to customs clearance speed.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee only and does not include address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges. All shipments come with basic parcel protection of maximum SGD120, value declared during booking, or value stated on the invoice; whichever lowest in value.
- Maximum Dimension : Greatest dimension should not exceed 270cm on one side.
- Maximum weight: 30kg. Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
- Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 24 hours upon successful delivery

How To Book For International Shipment?
Step 1: Change the country from domestic to other country. Key in postcodes and weight of your parcel.
Step 2: Choose UPS and click on the “Book” button.
tep 3: Fill in sender’s details.
Step 4: Fill in receiver’s details.
Step 5: Fill in parcel content and its value.
Step 6: Schedule a pick up date and then a click on “Add To Cart”.
Step 7: Make sure your order is correct and you may proceed to payment by clicking on “Check Out”.
