From 12th June 2017 onward, you may book for S.F. Express delivery online at EasyParcel! Send with SF Express within Singapore from $5.30!
Parcel pick up and delivery is available within Singapore domestic. All delivery rate is available in EasyParcel website. We are ready to surprise you as our new partner S.F. Express will offer awesome delivery service with same day pick up. Just place your booking before 11.55am to have your parcels collected from your door step on the same day. Collected parcels will be delivered in 1-3 working days.
Herewith some general information about S.F. Express :

- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 11.55am. Parcel will be collected today within 10am to 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day(s) delivery within SF Express coverage areas. Delivery is made within 10am to 6pm.
- Shipments that are beyond 20kg or exceeding more than 1.5m will be subjected to delay, such shipments will require SF Express to schedule for special arrangements.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD120, value declared during booking, or value stated on the invoice; whichever lowest in value.
- Shipments that are beyond 20kg or exceeding more than 1.5m will be subjected to delay, such shipments will require SF Express to schedule for special arrangements.
- Maximum actual weight is 30kg. Maximum volumetric weight is 30kg, each of the side cannot exceed as below:
– Length: 200cm
– Width: 80cm
– Height: 70cm - Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 6000
How To Book FOR S.F. EXPRESS SERVICE?
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose SingPost and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
