Starting from 1st October 2020, J&T Express will only charge based on the actual weights for domestic parcels instead of the volumetric weights for big parcels. Yeshh, no more extra effort needed on measuring volumetric weight anymore!
How to Book with J&T Express
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose J&T Express and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose pick up date at your convenience and then “Add To Cart”.
Step 8: Confirm your shipment details then proceed with a click on “Check Out”.
Step 9: All you need to do now is just click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking.
