- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 4.15pm. Parcel will be collected today within 9am – 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: 1 working day delivery (excluding collection day) within SingPost coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9am to 6pm.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD150 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- A size surcharge of SGD5.50 will be imposed if your parcel size exceeds 60cm x 40cm x 30cm. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and maximum dimension is L + 2W + 2H =300cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.
- SGD75 will be charged for shipment exceeding 150cm on any side or shipment with L+ 2W+ 2H exceeding 300cm.
- Additional SGD3 surcharge is applicable for shipment that is fragile or with improper packaging.
- For unsuccessful delivery, small parcel (up to 42cm x 37cm x 61cm) will be sent to POPStation, recipient will be notified via SMS to collect it within 3 calendar days. For larger items, 2 re-delivery attempts will be done.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. Volumetric weight formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
How To Book For SingPost Standard Service ?
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose SingPost Standard Service and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose pick up date at your convenience and then “Add To Cart”.
Step 8: Confirm your shipment details then proceed with a click on “Check Out”.
Step 9: All you need to do now is just click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking.
