What about the rate? As there will be price fluctuation from time to time depending on the courier service provider due to fuel & handling surcharges, our best suggestion for you to get accurate pricing for your delivery order is to obtain it from our website at EasyParcel.
From there, all you need to do is pretty simple and straightforward. Simply provide your collection and delivery details together with the weight of your parcel and you will be given a list of pricing by a different courier. You can then select the preferred one to go for that particular delivery. Easy right?
By the way, you will need to register your credit card for verification and account activation for international shipping.
Delivery service is unavailable for certain postcodes in China due to the covid-19 outbreak. Here’re the affected postcodes:-

- Same day pick up: For orders made before 11.55am. Parcel will be collected today from 8.30am to 6pm.
- Next day pick up: Parcels will be collected on next working day from 8.30am to 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: Varies depending on destination country also and subjected to customs clearance speed.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee only and does not include address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD25 per kg and maximum SGD125 per parcel, value declared during booking, or value stated on the invoice; whichever lowest in value.
- Maximum actual weight is 30kg. Maximum volumetric weight is 30kg, each of the side cannot exceed as below:
– Length: 200cm
– Width: 80cm
– Height: 70cm - Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 6000
- Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 24 hours upon successful delivery.
How To Book International Delivery Using SF Express?
Step 1: Key in pickup and delivery postcodes together with the weight of your parcel, then click “Quote & Book”.
Step 2: Click “Book” to select SF Express as your delivery service provider.
Step 3: Key in sender’s details.
Step 4: Key in receiver’s details.
Step 5: Key in parcel details.
Step 6: Select a pick up date at your convenience and then add to cart.
Step 7: Click “Check Out” to proceed to the payment page, and you’re done with your booking.
