Viamove pickup and delivery time range:
- For orders made before 9.50am, parcel will be collected and delivered on same-day within 11am-3pm within Viamove coverage areas.
- If you’re sending more than 1 parcel via this service, multiple drivers may be assigned for collection. Kindly check with each driver for the tracking number(s) that will be collected by the driver.
- Viamove may impose a size surcharge if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 90cm. It will be charged to your EasyParcel account. View details here:
- If Viamove shipment cancellation is requested after driver has already been assigned, 50% of shipment fees will be refunded.

With Viamove service, it’s optional to print out the air waybill (AWB).
If you do not have a printer, just complete your booking, write down the tracking number (AWB no.) with receiver’s name and receiver’s contact number on the parcel and wait for pick up at your door! Kindly inform the driver to key in the written AWB number into the system during collection.
If you have a printer, kindly print out and attach the air waybill (AWB) to your parcel.
- Same-day pick up and delivery time frame: For orders made before 12.50pm, parcel will be collected and delivered on same-day within 2pm-6pm within Viamove coverage areas.
- For parcel size exceeding 90cm, kindly book with the correct weight to prevent shipment cancellation by courier. View details here
- If you’re sending more than 1 parcel via this service, multiple drivers may be assigned for collection. Kindly check with each driver for the tracking number(s) that will be collected by the driver.
- Viamove may refuse to accept an item for transportation if it is a Restricted Item. Sender will be responsible for the full fare.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas, hotels and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- 50% shipping fees will be applied to the sender if delivery request is cancelled after Viamove driver has already been assigned to collect the Parcel(s).
- All lost shipments come with basic insurance of SGD100 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 20kgs and maximum volumetric weight is L+W+H=180cm. A size surcharge may be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 90cm. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.
How To Book Viamove 4 Hours Delivery Service?
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose Viamove Same Day Delivery (4 working hours) and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose pick up date at your convenience
Step 8: Choose any marketing options of your preferences and “Add To Cart”.
Step 9: Confirm your shipment details then proceed with a click on “Check Out”.
Step 10: All you need to do now is just click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking.
Your order is successful. You can download and print the airway bill by simply click on the printer icon. If you’ve missed out this step, you can go to “Parcel Status” to download your airway bill.
