Set Up Woocommerce Import Integration
Step 1: Under “EasyConnect”, click on “Add Ecommerce App”, find “Woocommerce” and click on “Install App”.
Step 2: Select ‘Import Version’.
Step 3: Key in your “Store Name” and “Store URL” and click on the “Connect” button.
Step 4: Key in your “Consumer Key” and “Consumer Secret” and click on the “Submit” button.
1. Go to your WooCommerce Settings, click the “Advanced” tab, click “REST API”, then click “Add Key”.
2. Add a description for the key, change the permissions to “Read/Write” and click “Generate API Key”.
3.Once the “Consumer Key” and “Consumer Secret” are created, you may copy and paste them into your EasyParcel account.
4. Go back to easyparcel protal to fill in “Consumer Key” and “Consumer Secret” and press submit
Step 5: Under “EasyConnect”, click on “Installed Ecommerce Apps”, find “WooCommerce Import” you may find your woocommerce app successfully install.
Step 6: In the store, click “Sender Address” and key in your sender details and click on the “Update” button.
How To Fulfil Order
Step 1: Under “EasyConnect”, click on “Installed Ecommerce Apps”, find “WooCommerce Import” and click on “Open App” button.
Step 2: Find your connected store on the store page and click into the store.
Step 3: Click on “Order”, select the order date and order status and click on the “Search” button. The order will be imported and shown in the list below. Then, click the “Fulfill” button on the order you want to fulfill.
Step 4: After clicking the “Fulfill” button, you can find your order details and click on the “Get Quote” button.
Step 5: Choose the preferred courier option and click on the “Proceed to Payment” button.
Step 6: The order status, order number, shipment number, and price will be displayed. Click on the “View Orders” button.
Step 7: The fulfilled order will now be displayed on the Order Page.
Step 8: Click on the “Details” button. Order details will be displayed on the page.
