What should I do to earn free credit from top up?
You can earn free credit from EP300 package and above by following these steps:-
Step 1: Sign in to your EasyParcel account and go to “Account” > “Top Up“.
Step 2: You’ll be able to see the free credit label available for the selected top up packages.
Step 3: Proceed with the “Get It Now” button and you’ll be rewarded with free credit instantly.
Take note: there is no maximum cap for each account, just grab as much as you can with repeat top up.
How to know which package is eligible for free credit?
Check on your top up page and you’ll be able to see the “FREE Credit S$xxx” label on EP300 package and above, for unlimited instead. Just grab it fast!
Will I get more than once if I top up the same package for few times?
The answer is a big YES! The free credit is available for unlimited from 2nd until 31st December 2021. Let’s say you have made a new top up of EP1000 and earn S$50 free credit, your next top up of EP1000 will be granted another round of S$50 free credit.
How if an EP1000 user top up EP500 package?
No matter which top up package among EP300-EP20,000, the free credit will be given to you instantly along with top up credit. Just make sure you grab it this December to save kaw kaw!
When will I receive the free credit?
If you’ve made a new top up of EP300-EP20,000, the free credit will be granted to your EasyParcel account instantly along with the top up credit.

Yes, the expiry date of your EasyReward points is the same as your credit expiry date. Don’t worry, just make a new top up before the expiry date and you can bring forward both remaining credit and earned points to another 1 year.

The starter pack is all about essential tools and materials that you need to kick start parcel delivery. In the box, you will get a limited edition EasyParcel digital weighing scale, flyers, pouches, fragile stickers and so on (the merchandise will be changed from time to time).
