Wait wait! Before you start finding something heavy to pack, take a quick look below for some important information, along with a step-by-step tutorial on how to book your first QQuick shipment.
General Information about QQuick:
- For orders made before 12.55pm, parcel will be collected within 1.30pm to 3.30pm and delivered on same-day within 2pm – 6pm.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD300 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and maximum dimension is L+W+H =200cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 100cm on one side.

How to Book Your QQuick Shipment?
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose your preferred QQuick option — “Residential” or “Commercial” and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and it’s value.
Step 7: Choose a pick up date at your convenience.
Step 8: Choose any marketing options of your preferences and “Add To Cart”.
Step 9: Confirm your shipment details then proceed with a click on “Check Out”.
Step 10: All you need to do now is just click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking.
