- Next-day pick up: For orders made before 9.30pm, parcel will be collected on next working day within 8am – 11pm.
- Delivery time frame: 1-2 working day(s) delivery within QXpress coverage areas. Delivery is made within 8am to 11pm.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD300 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kgs and maximum VW is L+W+H=300cm. A size surcharge will be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 160cm. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.
How To Book For Qxpress?
Step 1: Key in postcodes and weight of your parcel.
Step 2: Choose Qxpress and click on the “Book” button.
Step 3: Fill in sender’s and receiver’s details.
Step 4: Fill in parcel content and its value.
Step 5: Schedule a pick up date and then a click on “Add To Cart”.
Step 6: Make sure your order is correct and you may proceed to payment by clicking on “Check Out”.
