A: The prize will be given in the form of a code. Winners are to register for the Klook website at https://www.klook.com/en-SG/ in order to enjoy this special lucky draw prize.
Q: How do I redeem S$100 Klook Gift Card balance?
A: Visit www.klook.com/balance and enter the code written on your Gift Card to redeem your card’s balance. Each Gift Card can only be redeemed once.
Q: When will I receive my prize of S$100 Klook Gift Card?
A: Your prize will be fulfilled within 3 weeks from the winner’s announcement date.

- The lucky draw campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any international shipment booked for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
- This lucky draw campaign is only valid for the winner that is located in Singapore only.
- Winners of the lucky draw campaign will be announced no later than the 19th of January 2023 via EasyParcel’s social media accounts.
- Each winner will only be entitled to one (1) prize of one (1) S$100 Klook Gift Card only throughout the campaign period.
- Winners of the lucky draw campaign will be notified via E-mail or WhatsApp to arrange for the prize fulfilment. Winners are required to respond by filling up their details given via a form in the E-mail or WhatsApp.
