And you know what, we’ve got what you wanted!
Ladies & gentlemen, we’re pleased to introduce FedEx Express (*Previously known as TNT Express in EasyParcel) as your newest addition courier partner for international delivery!
General Service Info For FedEx International:
- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 4.50pm. Parcel will be collected today within 10am – 7pm.
- Delivery time frame is subjected to custom clearance.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee only and does not include address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
- All shipments come with basic parcel protection of maximum coverage of SGD20 per kg with maximum SGD100 per shipment or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 68kg and maximum VW is L+W+H= 5000cm.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
- Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 24 hours upon successful delivery.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee only and does not include address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. Volumetric measurement also applies up to 274 cm (108″) in length and 330 cm (130″) in length and girth. Use volumetric calculator.
- For FedEx documents, there’ll be 2 air waybills and 2 commercial invoices auto-generated. Hence, kindly attach both air waybill and commercial invoice onto the parcel.
- All services are not available to P.O Box areas, hotels and restricted areas.
- Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 24 hours upon successful delivery.
🔎HOW TO BOOK SHIPMENT WITH FeDEx
Step 1: Click Quote & Book page. Select your delivery destination then fill in the postcode and the weight of your parcel.
Step 2: Choose FeDEx as preferred courier by clicking on the “Book” button.
Step 3: Fill in all the Sender, Receiver and Parcel’s details accordingly
Step 4: Choose a pick up date at your convenience and then click “Add To Cart”.
Step 5: Lastly, simply click on the “Check Out” button and we’ll auto-generate your air waybill (AWB) & commercial invoice of this shipment for you!
All that’s left to do on your part is to paste the air waybill (AWB) and attach the commercial invoice to your package📑
As soon as the collection date arrives, our crew💁♂️ will arrange for a courier to pick up your package from your door🚪, and we’ll dispatch it on its way to Indonesia!🚛
