Book Your International Shipments In Bulk Within 5 Minutes

Time is precious so it is far more efficient to upload all of your tons of orders in one to get shipping rates, rather than putting them through our quote page 1-by-1. Designed with you mind, we’ve added “International Bulk Parcel” feature into our Bulk Parcel tool, which means you’re now able to book up to 100 SF Express (Economy Express) and Airpak Express shipments in one.

Just follow the steps below and complete all the relevant columns before uploading your spreadsheet and the process will be much smoother than you copy and paste 1-by-1 that might be wrong sometime. Take a look at the tutorial below, it contains all the details you need to know!

How To Place Order In Bulk

STEP 1: Click on “Bulk Parcel” on your dashboard.

STEP 2: Go to the “International”  tab and click on “Download International Template”.

 
STEP 3: Fill in the details for both sender and receiver.
 
 
STEP 4: Click the arrow to choose either SF Express or Airpak Express to handle your deliveries.
 
 
STEP 5: Once the template is ready, click on “Import Order” to upload.
 
 
STEP 6: Choose the template you have fill in.
 
 
STEP 7: Click “Next” to continue.
 
 
STEP 8: Check the box of your order(s) and click on “Check Out”.
 
 
STEP 9: Click “Pay with Credits” to proceed for payment.
 
 
STEP 10: Your air waybill is ready, just click on the printer icon to download. Don’t forget to print it out on A4 paper and attach to your parcel.
