A: EasyParcel Reward is the loyalty programme in Singapore that rewards users for every top up with EasyParcel. You will earn EasyParcel Reward points through every top up from EP30. The more you top up inside EasyParcel for its services, the more exclusive rewards you can bring home with collected EasyParcel Reward points.
Q: Is there a maximum entry for EasyParcel Reward Lucky Draw?
A: Yes, each user is entitled to join the lucky draw with a minimum of SGD1080 w/GST top up (top up packages from EP1000 onwards). Each top up made will be entitled to get one lucky draw entry.
Q: When will the EasyParcel Reward Lucky Draw winners be announced?
A: Lucky winners will be announced no later than 19th of November 2023. Do check out the winner announcement on our Facebook and Instagram pages (@easyparcel.sg), so be sure to follow us to get first-hand updates. No worries, if you’ve won, EasyParcel Reward Points will be added into your EasyParcel account within 7 – 10 working days after the announcement is made. Also, a reminder email will be sent to you!
Q: What can I do with EasyParcel Reward points?
A: With EasyParcel Reward points, you can use them to redeem your favorite items, such as an air fryer, iPhone 14 Pro, Love, Bonito Gift Card and so on. On the other hand, you can also use it to level up your parcel packing protection from our plenty of choices of packaging materials.
Q: Will my EasyParcel Reward points expire?
A: Yes, the expiry date of your EasyParcel Reward points is the same as your credit expiry date. Don’t let it go to waste, just make a new top up before the expiry date and you can bring forward both remaining credit and earned points to another 1 year.
- Winners of the lucky draw campaign will receive the remaining 9x EasyParcel Reward Points because the 1x has been automatically credited to the user’s account after the top-up is made.
- Each user will be eligible to participate in this lucky draw with a minimum top up of SGD1080 w/GST or above (EP1000 top up package onwards) within 31st October 2023.
- This lucky draw campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any top up made for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
- There will be a total of 10 winners for this lucky draw campaign.
- Winners of the lucky draw campaign will be announced no later than 19th of November 2023 via EasyParcel’s social media accounts.
- Winners of the lucky draw campaign will have their EasyParcel Reward points auto-credited into their account within 7-10 days after the winner’s announcement.
- The winners of the lucky draw campaign will be notified via Email once the EasyParcel Reward Point is credited into their account.
- The rewards may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with these terms & conditions.
- All EasyParcel Reward Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
