- Only users who top up offline from EP2,000 onwards will receive an additional 1% of free credits.

- The Raya Warm Up campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any top-up or parcel delivery made for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
- The Raya Warm Up campaign is only valid from 1st February 2025 – 29th February 2025.
- Users who upgrade their membership (eg: from EP300 to EP500 or EP300 to EP1,000) will receive instant free credits up to S$1,444.
- Users who perform offline top-up from EP2,000 onwards will receive an additional 1% free credits.
- The amount of free credit varies depending on the Special Deal packages.
- All EasyParcel’s rewards/prizes (eg: Tracking SMS, free credits, and reward points) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to change the prize to other prizes of the same value at any point in time without prior notice.
