EasyParcel Campaign Terms
- The 7.7 EasyMember Day campaign is valid only for EasyParcel Singapore users.
- Campaign period: 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (11:59 PM SGT).
- Campaign rewards are applicable only to users who successfully top up eligible EasyMember packages during the campaign period.
- Users will receive campaign rewards based on the EasyMember package purchased, including eligible bonus Reward Points, FREE 1-Year .com Domain, Shopify promotional offer and FREE Unlimited WhatsApp Tracking (where applicable).
- Users who perform an offline bank transfer of S$1,000 or more will receive an additional 1% FREE Credit based on the top-up amount.
- Users who top up EP10K and above are eligible for Dedicated Account Manager Support, subject to EasyParcel’s internal eligibility requirements.
- FREE Unlimited WhatsApp Tracking is available only for NextGen users and will be activated after successful top-up for the eligible benefit period.
- All campaign rewards, reward points and free credits are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to replace, amend, suspend, extend or terminate the campaign, rewards or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
FREE 1-Year .com Domain Terms
- The FREE 1-Year .com Domain is available only to eligible new Exabytes customers.
- The promotion covers the first-year registration fee for one eligible .com domain only.
- Domain registration is subject to domain name availability and Exabytes’ registration policies.
- Domain renewal after the first year will be charged according to Exabytes’ prevailing renewal rates.
- The FREE domain reward is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Additional verification or redemption steps may be required by Exabytes.
Shopify USD1/Month Promotion Terms
- The Shopify promotional offer is available only to eligible new Shopify merchants creating a new Shopify store.
- Eligible users may first receive Shopify’s introductory free trial (where applicable), followed by USD1 per month for the next three consecutive months on eligible Shopify subscription plans.
- The promotion generally applies to eligible Shopify plans such as Basic, Grow (Shopify) and Advanced, subject to Shopify’s latest promotional terms.
- Shopify Plus and other excluded subscription plans are not eligible unless otherwise stated by Shopify.
- After the promotional period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at Shopify’s prevailing standard subscription price unless cancelled.
- Users may cancel their Shopify subscription at any time in accordance with Shopify’s subscription policy.
- Standard Shopify transaction fees, payment processing fees and other applicable charges remain payable.
