1. Go to “Marketing Tools” and click on “SMS”> “Custom Tracking SMS”.
2. You can craft the SMS content with the variations listed above.
3. You can choose to remove EasyParcel branding by adding on S$0.05 per recipient or else proceed with “Save Changes”.
4. Make sure you have activated the Custom Tracking SMS.
5. Once the Custom Tracking SMS has been activated, all you need to do is just turn on “Custom Tracking SMS” when booking for courier service.
