For 0.9% to 1.5% of your parcel value (percentage varies by courier), this new protection plan will ensure your domestic shipment to deliver islandwide is secured from lost with a maximum of S$5,000 coverage.

Payment for EasyCover	Minimum charges S$2 or 0.9% to 1.5% of your parcel value (percentage varies by courier), whichever is higher. Park N Parcel: 0.9% SingPost: 1.2% Janio: 1.2% J&T Express: 1.2% Qxpress: 1.2% uParcel: 1.2% SF Express: 1.5% Aramex: 1.5% Ninja Van: 1.5% Viamove: 1.5% **For example, if your parcel value is S$500 and using Qxpress courier service, then you will need to opt-in EasyCover with a payment of S$6 only.
Maximum Coverage	Up to S$5,000 per parcel
Couriers That Available For EasyCover	Park N Parcel, SingPost, Janio, J&T Express, Qxpress, uParcel, SF Express, Aramex, Ninja Van, Viamove ** Valid for standard delivery within Singapore only.
Report Time Frame	Within 15th until 25th day since the collection date
Required Documents Upon EasyCover Claim	Sales/purchase invoice that must be included: Proof of value (item’s value) Parcel content (item’s description) Photo of parcel content and parcel packaging. Police report for parcel value S$200 or above (upon request) **Failure to provide required documents accurately will result in the claim being declined. We at EasyParcel reserved the right to request a police report as support evidence for your EasyCover claim submission. Applicable for any parcel value more than $200 or non-first timer with parcel value less than $200.
