Please be extra careful and aware of various scam cases as EasyParcel has received several inquiries about delivery notification scam through text messages (SMS) and Email from some irresponsible individuals claiming to be team members of EasyParcel to request payment and personal information from our customers.
If you ever come across these notifications (even if it contains EasyParcel name or logo in it), please do not make any payment or provide any personal information, such as your full name, bank account details or any other sensitive information that may be requested.

How To Identify Scam Notifications
1. Check the URL to ensure that the website is legitimate
Kindly take note that EasyParcel official website is easyparcel.com
If you were to receive any URL links which do not match easyparcel.com but claiming to be from EasyParcel. Please do not provide any response to it and do report to us about it immediately.
Fake EasyParcel URL links might look similar as the following:
- Easy-Delivering.com
- easy-reschedule.com
- easy-easy-parcel.com
- Parcel-easy.com
2. Check the Email Address
All official emails from EasyParcel will be sent from addresses ending with “@easyparcel.com” or “@easyparcel.sg”.
If you ever received email sent from personal email accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo mail, or other unknown email domains. Please do not provide any response to it and check with us HERE .
3. SMS Notifications For Payment
EasyParcel will never inform customers for payment through text messages/SMS.
All EasyParcel transactions will be only through the user’s EasyParcel account and if there’s any additional surcharges incurred by the courier such as customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges. Our customer support will inform the user via email [[email protected]].

Is EasyParcel Leaking Phone Numbers To Scammers?
- EasyParcel’s database is 100% guarded and secured against security breaches. EasyParcel has not, and will never sell user information. It is a criminal offence that brings jail time and hefty fines!
What Should I Do When I Get Targeted By Scammers?
