Mooncake delivery service is a delivery solution for you to send mooncake up to 30kg at your doorstep to a home/office address this Mid Autumn Festival.
The maximum dimension of your shipment must be:
- FeXprimiR Logistic – Not more than 30kg and greatest dimension is 160cm x 120cm x 100cm.
- Pickupp – Not more than 20kg and maximum volumetric weight is 200cm. A size surcharge may be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 100cm.
It only takes up to 8 hours for FeXprimiR Logistic Same Day service and up to 4 hours for Pickupp on Demand to complete the delivery within Singapore after the parcels have been collected from you. However, the delay may occur when the courier on hold of your parcel in the hub due to the declared weight or dimensions is different from the actual measurements.
Only mooncake is allowed to be delivered via this service. Perishable items are not allowed for shipping, such as those that are likely to spoil, decay or become unsafe to consume. These include jelly mooncake and snow mooncake that need to be kept in refrigerator.
For Mooncake Delivery services come with basic insurance up to S$30 (FeXprimiR Logistic) or S$200 (Pickupp on Demand) or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value. Kindly contact [email protected] for any assistance.
